Bought this for my SIL's birthday and used her birthstone. She said she loved it and it was a really wearable piece.
Thought color would be more pink more like a garnet

The stone changed color after 2 weeks
I got the turquoise stone and after 2 weeks it turned into a brown-grayish color does not even look turquoise anymore‚ .very disappointed

Don't buy this I was so disappointed. I ordered Ruby for July and it is a dull, purple dud. It looks nothing like ruby. I'll be returning. Looks like a cheap piece of garbage. Close to what I would expect from Walmart jewelry.

I saw online that it said not to wear this necklace when showering, exercising, etc. but when I asked in stores, the woman working told me that I could absolutely wear it swimming, showering, "really just 24/7" were her final words. I bought the necklace yesterday, took a shower last night, and today the necklace is entirely tarnished on the right side. I thought that by spending more money and asking specific questions to those employed in the store, I would get a higher quality product. This clearly was not the case.

I purchased this necklace with a Ruby stone. The stone is not shiny at all and it is hard to tell that it is even red. It is a gift for my best friend whose birthday is in July. I will just tell her it is a "raw" ruby. :(

I have purchased many items from Kendra Scott. Many of them turn if they get went over and over again. Which is expected because the cheaper items are plated. So because of this, I purchased this necklace that was guaranteed not to turn. Fast forward 7 months, the necklace is no longer gold. It is an ugly brown tarnished color. Much worse than that of their cheaper items. I'm so disappointed in this necklace. I was told that I could polish it out, but that did not work. I'm not sure if I need a special polishing cloth for this. I was told when I bought it that it would come with one but it did not. Such a waste of money.

It was beautiful on line so of course I ordered it. But looks are deceiving, and if I could have given this a negative 10, I would have. This is so small it looks like it was made for a newborn baby. You literally are paying too much for something this tiny. I sent this and the matching earrings back for a refund.

I wish they would take better care packaging their jewelry. It's embarrassing when the recipient needs to scrape the labels off of the actual chain. I'm not sure if I would purchase from this designer again.

I gave this as a gift to my friend on Christmas and she absolutely loved it. I bought the turquoise and it was perfect. It is so dainty which is great because I wanted to get her something she can wear everyday. She immediately put it on and wore it for the rest of the day.

I ordered this as a keepsake for our son's girlfriend's graduation gift. I ordered in white opal as this is her birthstone. Within 6 months the ‚ústone" in the middle was just clear glass. Very disappointing and embarrassing.
Disappointed in product and customer service
The pendant was much smaller than I expected, so I returned it promptly. Now it has been 11 days since the return was received, and I have not gotten a refund or any response to my emails. I have repeatedly tried calling customer service only to be disconnected. This has been a very frustrating process.
As of this writing, on 12/14, I've yet to receive my order placed on 11/26 nor any tracking information. The only email I received from after I placed the order was a request to review the product. Quite disappointing Kendra Scott.
Looked like the stone was made of rubber.
I purchased this necklace with the intention of an amazing gift for my girlfriend and when it came in the mail I was so surprised at how horrible the quality of the necklace was. I would actually be embarrassed to give something like this to her. On top of that Kendra Scott will not pick up their phones even with their extended holiday representative availability and will not respond to any sort of email. I will never purchase something from Kendra Scott again. A total waste of time and money at this point. I don't think I am getting back because their return policy is something they seem to not abide by.
