Love my Kendra Scott Letter
Love my Kendra Scott Letter Necklace. It arrived on time with no issues. I love the how it looks with layering it with my other Kendra Scott Neclaces.
Love the dainty look of the necklace and the quality of the metal. But the clasp is awful. I actually thought it was broken when I received it because the claw is so small (you can barely get a nail under it to open it). If you do get the clasp open, it's so small that you are lucky if you get it to hook on one of the tiny holes to secure it.
Great look, poor design. I will have to take to a jeweler to get a more reasonable clasp.

I love how simple but elegant this necklace wears. I know an extender is available but I wish longer size were offered. I wish this for most of the necklaces.
I was in love with this necklace online all I wanted for Mother's Day a F initial necklace. The necklace was beautiful when I received it but the clasp is in the front more than the initial and it is constantly caught in my hair and shirt and now ruined because the gold is to dainty to wear with my hair down. Really disappointed in the quality of what should have been my favorite necklace.

Clasp is constantly moving to the front
I got this as a gift and unfortunately I cannot return it. It's a super dainty necklace and that's cute and all but the clasp is heavier than the charm and so it constantly moves to the front. This is so dainty it seems like the chain could easily break also and it's so hard to put on due to the tiny clasp. It's unfortunate that this will sit in my jewlery chest as it's not a stand out piece due to these issues.
Got an F and an M for my girls' Easter baskets! They are so pretty and delicate, they're absolutely perfect for wearing alone or layering!
I was so excited to get this necklace but once it arrived the A is so tiny you can't tell what it is and it gets lost when worn with other pieces. Will be returning it!

Love it, but clasp moves constantly
I love how Dainty this necklace is, my husband got it for me with our sons initial. Unfortunately the clasp is constantly moving towards the front, so the clasp shows more often than the initial when I wear it.

The necklace is lovely, but the customer service was a pain. I was unable to correct the address to send the necklace to after I made a mistake placing the order. Eventually, the package made itself to me, and was the incorrect item. Customer service did offer to replace, but sent to the wrong address again. I had to ask them to update, so they had to cancel the order and resubmit. After paying for express shipping, the necklace was finally delivered to the right destination several weeks later.

The necklace is so pretty
The necklace is so pretty - exactly what it looks like in photos. However, this necklace (and a second one that I bought for my daughter to layer) tarnished in just a week. It doesn't look yellow gold at all - more like bronze or just a cheap metal of some sort. I would expect this with a cheaper line of jewelry or something from a big box store, but these two necklaces together were priced at more than $300. I'm so disappointed. I also emailed Kendra Scott but did not get a reply.

This is so cute as a layering piece or on its own. I wear mine both to the side or even centered on my neck, both ways looks good. Really nice for everyday wear and also makes a great gift.
horrible customer service
I returned this item and was sent an e-gift card instead of a refund....ridiculous. I have called and called and used their chat function repeatedly and emailed. No response via any mechanism. Very poor customer service....will NEVER purchase from them again. There was NO indication that I would get a gift card instead of a refund. Extremely disappointed and angry. Buyer beware
