Cheaply for the price and avoid buying online if you think there is any chance you need to return it, horrible online return process
Purchasing online is a horrible experience if you need to return an item!
This item didn't have any weight to it, it bent has you try and put it through your ear. Just to flimsy and cheapy for what we paid. No problem, It didn't work out and decided to keep one of the item items on the order and run to the retail store near us in Webster, Texas and return the earrings.
The Baybrook Mall location in Webster, Tx and apparently all their stores per their policy - after I spoke with customer service today‚
stores refuse to process any online order return/ refund in-store, because it will be a ‚únegative hit" on the retail store's sales numbers for that day if they returned an item bought online.
They were not kind in anyway or understanding, they just wanted to quote policy over and over.
You would think Kendra Scott online and Kendra Scott retail stores would work as a partnership, as a team and make things right and easy for customers to come back and shop again, but nope, it's now been 4 weeks since their warehouse received our returned online items (which their retail store shipped back to themselves basically. Still no return process by their warehouse and still no refund issued.
The retail store took and kept our original receipt, make a shipping label to ship your items to their warehouse and the return shipping fee is also reduced out of the refund cost you will get back.
No retailer does this, you can walk into James Avery Jewelry Store in Texas or Target or any other retailer and return an item purchased online and get your refund right away!!
99% of the time you go look around, find something else and spend more money while in retail the store. Online should drive your customers to want to shop in-store not drive them away.
Kendra Scott, this is the first and last time I buy my wife and daughter anything from online or in a retail store. Think about your customers shopping experience and easy of shopping and returning whether it be online or in store.
You get your money either way, take care of your customers and let them get a refund if needed right away in-store instead of making customers wait on you to ship your products back to yourself and wait another 15+ business days for your returns team to process and issue refund.
Seems like so much extra work for your returns departments, shipping departments, etc.
Quality not as good as it used to be .
