Had a year and always made sure the tiny clasp was hooked. For a 1000 $ necklace you would think the clasp would be more secure. Ended up losing. Heartbroken. Do not buy for this reason.

I ordered this item as I fell in love with it at a store. As soon as I received it I wore it and I was obsessed!!
However, the chain broke the same day!! I'm so disappointed and I used a discount so it is final sale!!! Very sad that all my money spent for such for quality.

My husband bought me this necklace and the Jubiee 14k gold Y necklace to wear together as a set. It looked gorgeous until I lost the Elisa necklace a few days ago! Now I am reading all the reviews about faulty clasps and others who have lost this necklace. I'm horrified to find out that he paid $1,200 for a necklace that slipped right off my neck! Now I am afraid to wear the Jubiee necklace because I don't want to lose that one too. In my opinion this necklace is nothing more than beautiful junk! Don't buy!

Beautiful. Only problem is it has a VERY fine chain and TINY clasp making it difficult to close. Had to add my own extender for a clasp I could handle making it longer than I wanted.

I've worn this necklace almost every single day for at least 3 years now, probably closer to 4 or 5, and it still looks as beautiful as the day I bought it. When I say I wear it everyday, I mean I NEVER take it off. I wear it everywhere, including in the shower, and I've never had any issues with it tarnishing or looking dull. If the diamonds need a quick clean I just give them a once-over with a toothbrush and voila! They are sparkly and beautiful again. The only day I can think of that I didn't wear it for the entire day was my wedding day, but that was only because the rest of my jewelry was silver and my Elisa is rose gold. I only buy fine jewelry from KS and I've never been disappointed in the quality. Pair this necklace with the Lee or Sophia Diamond Earrings and you'll look like you belong on the red carpet even if you're just going to work.
My only slight issue is that this necklace does tangle easily, so if you need to take it off for an X-ray or whatever, make sure you're very careful not to just stuff it in a bag or pouch because it will tangle. As long as you're careful it will be fine. The chain is strong so a slight pull or tug won't hurt it.

Incredibly disappointed with KS
I've been a loyal KS customer for years. This year for our anniversary and Christmas, my husband purchased the Elisa, Lisa, AND Marisa for me‚î$2195 for the 3 pieces. The idea was for me to wear them
together, as I loved the look of them as an ensemble. Two of them came packaged horribly, one of which was so kinked that I had to exchange for a different one, therefore having to wait 2 more weeks for it. I learned very quickly that they cannot be worn together without getting all twisted and difficult to separate. So then I purchased the Layer It! Necklace clasp, and that didn't help keep them separated at all. So then I tried wearing one with another necklace with a thicker chain, and that one, too, got tangled with the other necklace. As a result of these attempts to wear my $2195 worth of jewelry, the delicate chains have become kinked in spots. This is truly unacceptable quality. Buyer beware.

The Elsa necklace is one of my all time favorites. Since I already owned the Elsa in white gold, I jumped on the opportunity to purchase it in yellow gold. It is a minimalist's dream, and, a great necklace for layering, - and do those diamonds sparkle!
I received my item fairly quickly. I was very disappointed in how it was packaged but I am trying to look past that. Pendant itself is very sparkly but the chain is kind of cheap! Hoping to use this as a layering item.
Got this to layer with a smaller one but the chain is to short. It does have larger rings to wear at different lengths, but even on the longest it's very short. Beautiful piece thought and wear it alone.
Gorgeous and tons of sparkle!
This is a gorgeous necklace with tons of sparkle! I wear it almost everyday and it's also beautiful when layered with other KS pieces. My picture does not capture the sparkle. If you can make it into a store to see it in person, it's worth it! Also, I have to wear the fine jewelry extender with mine, as I have a larger neck and it fits perfectly.

So I've been eyeballing this for quite some time. I love how simple, timeless, and classy this piece is. My husband bought it for me for my 29 birthday! And girlllllll - it's better than pictured! It sparkles so much in person! I am completely obsessed however there are a few common worries I share with previous reviewers: the chain is so thin and dainty and in all honesty not long enough. Idk who besides teenagers have a neck that would suit a 16"-17" length necklace but I certainly don't. I added an extender from another jewelry store THATS 3" and it sits just right! Bringing it to a total length of 20"! It may be personal preference but I like for my jewelry to sit just below my collar bone not directly on it. Anywho, it's fabulous but get an extender! Wish they offered lifetime warranties simply Bc I feel this piece is truly priced at $450 not $1000 lol.
I love this necklace. However, I have owned for 2 years and what is supposed to be a 14k gold chain has tarnished. I would not recommend this necklace at this price point when I was told it's no longer under warranty by a Kendra Scott representative.
Supremely beautiful necklace - delicate yet not fragile. Elegant simplicity - looks great dressed up and casual. It has the perfect amount of shine and shimmer without being remotely heavy. A lovely piece that I haven't taken off since the day I put it on. Looks great layered or alone!

Gorgeous but it fell off!
My husband bought me this necklace for Christmas two years ago. It was my absolute favorite necklace for everyday or an evening out. It is lightweight, and it sat nicely around my neck. I loved the way the sun hit the diamonds; very sparkly.
I, however, had reservations about getting it, because of the one review stating the chain was too fragile, which would cause it to fall off. I have been very careful with putting it on; making sure it was securely clasped on. But, to no avail... the necklace fell off my neck. I'm not sure if the clasp weakens over time?? I am so sad about losing it, but know it's really ‚újust stuff".
Oh well, it was beautiful while I had it!
Beautiful Elisa size Diamond necklace
I love it personally, only wish that it would be more yellow gold than copper gold almost look like rose gold but seeing where the origin is, from India I can understand because Asian countries mostly produce their gold products by mixing gold with copper like where I'm from.
I love that it's versatile and classy for a classy events and look. I love the Elisa design and love that it's made with diamonds from conflict free Kimberley process diamond...Because I'm against conflicted countries diamonds after I watched Black Diamonds in Sierra Leone movie by Leonardo Di Caprio. Can't find a beautiful piece like this at Zales or Kay Jewelry, that's what I love from Kendra Scott, the authentic unique design!
I adore this necklace! I did however take it to a local jeweler and had a heavier weight clasp put on it. I felt like the clasp that came on the necklace was flimsy and the necklace was to weighty for it. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars!
Elisa pendant with diamonds.
I bought this pendant for my niece when she graduated from college. It is very pretty and she loved it. My only concern is the chain did not look strong enough, but that might not be true. I did like that one could adjust the length of the chain.
This necklace looks so elegant. However, I was disappointed when I received my necklace. The necklace itself was wrapped in tissue paper and was not in its classic yellow box like you would get if you bought it in the store. The person who took care of my oder did not even take the time to wrap it properly being the product came from Kendra Scott's fine jewelry line.
The chain is very thin. The droozy doesn't lay very flat. I'm constantly reaching to make sure it's on the right side

This necklace was ordered for me as a gift when I received it was used and damaged . I went to the store to get it exchanged and they told me they couldn't do anything because it was purchased online but they did take their time to ship it back so I could get it exchanged for a new one . I emailed their customer service and made it clear that I wanted an exchange for a new one and not a return from someone else . They email me back saying they were glad to do that . Couple hours later I get an email saying the money was refunded to the card . It was very disappointing because it was a gift and now I have to bother that person that re purchase after waiting another week or two to get a refund back . Worst experience ever . Not sure I want to keep buying fine jewelry from KS after this horrible purchase .
