I have bought numerous large glass topped jewelry boxes and highly recommend. But since they raised the price, I decided to order the tall box as gifts. It does not look like a $200 jewelry box. But with both boxes I received, the knobs were stripped and spin giving a messy appearance and questioning of cheap construction.

This jewelry box is high quality, well made and displays beautifully.
Love the look but the knobs are super loose and there's no way to tighten them.

Received this box as a gift and really disappointed. The knobs are loose and twist around. Tried to tighten with a tiny screwdriver and no luck. Took it into the store and the associates were so nice and said not to waste my time trying to find the same box with tight knobs. So I exchanged for the larger box which is perfectly fine but way to big for my night stand or anywhere else in my bedroom. Called customer service thinking that there is something they can do in regard to getting me the original box with correct knobs. The answer I got was to just keep twisting the knobs and they would tighten. Went back to the store to check this theory‚ again, store associates were really nice in pulling a new box from the back to try and ‚útighten" the knobs. And of course, we all ended up with a good laugh that customer service was clueless and that these boxes are all jacked up and horrible quality. Even the ones used for the store floor displays were horrible‚ one knob was about to fall off. For the price of these boxes, it is absolutely ridiculous that they are such poor quality and the best answer I could get from CS was ‚úkeep twisting" the knobs. Horrible!!!!

LOTS of space for jewelry and takes up little space. I like the larger compartments to fit my medium and larger earrings and since drawers can slide out, rearrange drawers. It cost more then I would like but it seems like it is comparable to other nice jewelry boxes out there and because it is exactly what I needed and could not find elsewhere, worth the money with birthday discount. I didn't have the issues as some of the other reviewers, maybe they had a bad batch. Drawers aligned. The handle on the bottom drawer seemed slightly loose but won't come off.
I have the other beautiful jewelry box from Kendra Scott so I knew when I needed another one that this was the one! Absolutely beautiful and just what I needed!

I like the jewelry box as there is plenty of room for my bling. The sale made the purchase acceptable as well as the fact that this is not my only storage case (and, it is in my closet). If I purchased this for someone else as a gift, I would be very disappointed and I would have returned it. The drawers do not align well and the knobs are very loose. I do not see a way of tightening the knobs. I will have to be very careful opening the drawers and I have prepared myself for the fact that in the future I will have to replace all of the knobs.

The handles are not very tight and there is no way to tighten them up. The drawers come completely out so be very careful that you don't pull them too far out or they will fall out. The two ring drawers are very shallow so not a lot of rings will be able to actually fit and close the drawer.

Love it and would give it 5 stars but one of the drawer pulls isn't straight and is loose. Tried tightening but won't tighten.

The drawers don't line up and when you close them they look hap-hazard is the best way I can describe it.
Opened this for my wife's birthday. It filled the house with cancer-causing VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds, aka toxic petroleum products) and put my wife into respiratory distress. Here we find a company that is actively poisoning people and the USA environment with foreign chemicals. I'm more than irate at this blatant irresponsibility and disregard for the earths ecology. Don't need this, don't want this, and shame on KS.
This jewelry box is sturdy and fit many pieces. I would definitely recommend it. The only change I would make is that there is one too many ring keeper drawers - takes up half a drawer you can't really use for anything else. Still, a great find.
I absolutely love thid, it fits a ton of stuff and looks great on my dresser. My only complaint is the drawers could open smoother, they stick a little.
