Cailin Gold Pendant Necklace
I love the necklace, but do not like the adjustable length. There is so much extra length and it wraps around my chain and because of the extra weight the necklace shifts and the pendant moves to the back of my neck. Suggest you offer different sized adjustable lengths of just sell by length.

I love the adjustable clasp. So much nicer than the ones where you have to pick a ring and hope you got the right one. It's slides so you can layer necklaces effortlessly.
Ordered from them for the first time to just get the wrong necklace sent to me. Went to the Rogers, Ar location to exchange it and Jennifer the store manager was very passive aggressive and was telling me that what i ordered was indeed the necklace i received. I remember specifically choosing the PINK one but somehow got a WHITE one. But thankfully, she was nice enough to put the money back on my gift card. Will never buy anything from here. These gift cards are going to be shredded unfortunately.
Ordered the pink champagne opal necklace and either they sent me the white one or the color on the website is very wrong. Will be taking it back to the store.
I ordered the necklace thinking it would be bigger. I was not expecting it to be this tiny, when i back up you can't even see the pendent.

This was a birthday gift and my birthstone. Very brilliant stone and have had several compliments on it.
Very easy to order and I was able to pick it up the next day from the store. The necklace looks great too, my wife loves it.

I love the quality of the necklace but I do not love how the clasp is half way down the chain and there's a long piece that hangs. The necklace also keeps spinning and I always end up with the clasp in the front and diamond backwards. I wanted to love it but I was looking for a necklace that would stay still and not rotate around my neck constantly.
