This was a back ordered gift. The original necklaces I order arrived just fine. This last one was a disaster. Although the necklace was safe the box was delivered to my neighbors house in rain. They do not have a covered porch so the your side card board box was completely destroyed from the rain,as was the pouch. I did not receive it in a timely fashion as expected.

I initially ordered a gold letter B by mail; therefore I had to guess what it actual looked like, I didn't really know the size nor appearance. Once the mail order arrived I was surprisenly more than satisfied. It was a Christmas gift for my God-daughter and expected excellence in texture n appearance....
It broke within 2 days of wearing it. I messaged service and got a not mail saying my email was received, but not contacted at all about options. My daughter is very disappointed.

I will never buy anything
I will never buy anything from Kendra Scott again. Service is absolutely horrible. Shame on you for letting your front line deal with your caveman policies.
Bought it as a Christmas gift on December 14th. I live in Austin, it shipped from Texas but it didn't arrive until the 23 and to the wrong house. I wasn't able to gift it.

Very pretty, love the font
Very pretty, love the font of the letter and size. Love how the chain clasps in the back. The indents in the letter are a little odd, but overall happy with the purchase
