My original necklace broke, and luckily I was able to receive a replacement thanks to customer support. After reading some of the reviews it seems like this necklace style breaks often so there's definitely something defective in this style that needs to be addressed. I do really love the style and I am happy to have received a new one. I will just have to be extra careful with this new one!
I love this necklace but it's literally turning a dark gray/black and a cloth isn't polishing it. Also the clasp is turning a copper/green color. Not worth the money in my opinion.
I bought this item during my birthday month, so discount was applied. Necklace is so cute and I got plenty of compliments on it, but it broke the second time I wore it. I took it back, and they allowed me to exchange for the same item. Less than 2 months later, that one broke as well. The adjuster on this piece is not as well made as all the other necklaces that I have from here. I can understand if I wore it everyday, but this wasn't the case.

I was so I love with this necklace and has such high hopes. I never shower or sleep with this necklace because I want to keep it in the best shape but I do wear it every single day. About a month or two after I bought it, the end of the necklace where it clasps had broken off. I was able to use pliers to fix it and it was fine. Now today when I was walking it just fell off and the same piece broke again. I am going to try and fix it again because it is my favorite necklace but I am just so disappointed in this company and the quality of this necklace. I do not recommend

This is my second initial necklace so it's a cool product. The service I received when picking it up was the absolute worst though. It was maybe 7+ employees there and while I looked around and eventually made it to the counter on one acknowledge me. I miss my South Congress location and will not return to the Domain location EVER
