I called customer service same day as previous post spoke to Bella. I emailed her a picture of what I was talking about. In less than hour hour she replied and helped me with my issue. Necklace fits perfectly and customer service is amazing!!
I received this necklace as a gift for Christmas. It's absolutely beautiful and I've always loved Kendra Scott. However, the necklace is way to short to fit an adult neck. There is nothing on the box or packaging that says this is a child's necklace. Is it a child's necklace?
Item can't be returned so it's pretty much just wasted money. I'm so upset.

So pretty but came broken!!
I love this necklace so much and I was so excited to wear it, but it came broken. I felt it fall off and was so disappointed. If it weren't poorly put together it would be my favorite necklace

I rec'd this little gem last year as a gift and I adore it! I'm fortunate enough to have a large Kendra Scott collection but this one is my favorite "everyday" piece. It's still just as brilliant and stunning as it was when I opened it up! Highly recommend!
Not sure why there are negative reviews of this little number but I get so many compliments and absolutely love it so much, I now want it in silver....lol I layer with my 14K gold paperclip chain necklace and pow! The gold seems to be a little richer than the very light gold of most KS gold pieces, which I like. Less like 10K and more like 14K. ;) It's The way it adjusts is convenient; however, I will say that if you like it longer, the pendant does tend to off set and not hang straight down. Not a game changer, obviously.
I had to go back 2 times to the store to replace this necklace, it just falls off and is broke. I have never had an issue with any piece of jewelry until now.
I have other Kendra Scott necklaces and never had an issue. This one, however, was terrible. The emblem broke off on day two and today I felt something drop from my neck and it was broken fully.

Cute necklace not the best quality for the price
The is my second KS necklace that has lost the stopper/pendent on the end of the necklace that helps the necklace adjust.

Letter A-Z Pendant Necklace
I recently bought 4 A-Z Necklaces. I gave three as gifts and one for myself. Everyone that received the necklaces said that they were amazed at the quality and that they never take them off. I am obsessed with my Kendra necklace. I have completely stopped wearing the other letter necklace that I was previously wearing, because there is no comparison between the two. The detail in the Kendra chain and pendant is outstanding!! I totally recommend this necklace. :slightlysmiling:
Gift for my niece who has not seen it yet. She did see a picture and loved that.
Bought this for myself and a couple of friends and everyone loved it! The necklace is just beautiful but I would recommend getting a little extension is you want it to sit a bit lower on the upper chest/neck.
