I gave this necklace as a gift on 8/1. On 8/9 after a few times wearing it my wife was putting it on and the closure on the clasp popped out. It cannot be fixed. A new clasp is needed.
This is a silver necklace easily found cheaper. I bought from Kendra Scott because I trusted that it would be of higher quality. Really disappointing. Barely lasted a week.

Kinks easily, so store it appropriately. But the packaging it came in was good that it did not get damaged in shipping

Fades and wears very quickly. Also bought the matching bracelet. I did try to exchange this necklace for a new one as I thought they guaranteed all their items (only reason I used to buy from them or use to), but they refused to give me a replacement after only 1 years use.
You can find much better quality for this price point elsewhere.
Love this necklace. It is well made, beautiful, and a perfect length.
It was pretty but it had kinks in it, you can literally see where it bend so it's not a smooth necklace

Very classy and versatile piece
I wear this necklace all of the time! Note: It was shipped to me without issue. However, if you plan to travel with it, I would recommend carefully packing it in a box to avoid any damage.
Had high hopes for item, looks good layered. This is my first big purchase with KS. Item came bent and I thought over time it would smooth itself out and after 3+ weeks it hasn't. I don't live near a KS to go in on the regular.

This is a beautiful necklace! I wish it were adjustable so that I could make it different lengths. Besides that, I love it.
This necklace is a new staple. It's gorgeous yet simple. The reason for one less star is I read some revenues of others who got it online and had a kink in the chain. My chain isn't totally smooth and I debated exchanging it in store but frankly I don't live that close to a store ☹️

Got this as a gift for my sister, she absolutely loves it and so do I. It is gorgeous!
I purchased two of these and one was bent, I had already removed the tag so I could not return it, other than that they are okay.

I received this necklace as a gift in the mail. It arrived in a beautiful box, BUT! The box was not long enough and the necklace arrived damaged. Customer service was amazing, and sent out a replacement. However, the replacement arrived in an even smaller box and the necklace was rolled up into a ball. Herringbone necklaces are SO delicate and therefore HAVE to lie flat. The smallest of mis-placements can cause a kink that can ruin your delicate necklace. I'm assuming it's safer to buy one of these in store. It's a beautiful necklace, and I REALLY hope that Kendra Scotts customer service continues to help me out because I can get a perfect condition herringbone necklace at Ross for $20.

As everyone knows, herringbone chains are the most delicate and fragile chains you can buy. My first order arrived and the chain was just placed in the package folded while h obviously damaged the chain. I had to take the chain to a store to reorder another one (they do not keep them in a store near me so I had to reorder from online) . The new order was packaged a little better but still they managed to bend the chain. I was able to roll out most the dents in the necklace. Overall, necklace is okay but they need to package these necklaces better to preserve their delicate state. You can easily package this necklace in a way that would not damage it, I dont store them laid out or hanging up, actually in the box.. so I know it's possible. Recommend buying in store and not online to avoid this issue.
The herringbone necklace was bent
The herringbone necklace was bent in two places because of the way it was forced in the jewelry box. I was able to smooth out the bends, but it still has a small crease where the bends were.
I had read other reviews stating when they received the necklace it had been bent in the bag. Sadly I had the same issue and the necklace had a kink in it. The clasp was also broken. I had to return.
