Just what I wanted‚ a dainty but beautiful necklace.
We couldn't be any happier or more satisfied with the excellent service we received at the Kendra Scott store in Leawood, KS. The chain on my wife's diamond necklace was damaged and they tried to replace it on the spot. When they realized that they had to order it they apologized, which certainly wasn't necessary. A week later we get a call and the new necklace was ready for us to pick up. We are elated. The extraordinary service was even more apparent since my wife had attempted to return a faulty blouse (Damaged after one wash) to Talbot's just a stone's throw from your store. They immediately became defensive, treated us like criminals, and refused the return. We won't be going back to Talbot's.
I bought this necklace as a gift to myself. I wore it twice and it broke. So disappointed in paying that much money for it to break. I've returned it and still waiting on my refund!
Beautiful necklace but the chain is wayyyyy to thin. For an expensive piece of jewelry you'd think you would make it a bit sturdier. It was a gift from my husband and I cannot be returned or exchanged. You should explain your return/exchange policy to everyone. Shame on you KS.
I wanted a little sparkle to wear daily with work or casual outfits and this is perfect! Not too small or too large, and it is adjustable depending on the neckline of what I'm wearing.

I love this necklace!! I've had it for 2 weeks now and I've worn it almost every day!! It's super easy to put on, which I wasn't expecting due to the other reviews and this type of clasp. I always turn the necklace around to make sure the clasp is secured to the ring and not the chain. I usually get it on my first try, which is not the case with my other necklaces that have this type of clasp. I love the three different lengths, so I can place it at different lengths depending on my neckline! I love the sparkle and size of this necklace!!! I was deciding between the Lisa and Elisa diamond and when I saw them in person the Elisa was a little to big for my preference and I love the size of the Lisa!! I don't think it's too small at all!!! Such a beautiful necklace! I don't shower in it, wear it to work our or swim in it. I want to best protect it! I highly recommend it, and if you can be patient and wait for a sale or your birthday month, or your husband/friends birthday month, I was very thankful for the 25% off for Black Friday!
My everyday companion, dainty and light
As someone who gets bothered by jewelry after a few hours, I needed something light that I could wear all day on a day to day basis. I also needed something that would hold up and not tarnish. Although pricey for how tiny it is, I can honestly say it is one of my best purchases. It's so comfortable and light that sometimes I forget it's there. I clean it regularly along with my wedding rings and always get compliments on how sparkly and gorgeous it looks. It's perfect for any occasion and if you can splurge on yourself, I would splurge with this.

The necklace looks great. However, the chain was in knots when it delivered. It took us four days to get the knots out of the chain. I suggest taping the necklaces down in the box.
The product is so tiny it's not worth purchasing at all
Pretty but delicate pave necklace. Smaller than is appears online. Chain is extremely fragile and I was hoping given the relatively high price paid, it'd be thicker and sturdier. Chain also tangles easily so be sure to store it properly. Hoping it lasts.
A gift from my daughter for Christmas. but, apparently the clasp did not hold and I lost it. I didn't have the heart to tell her. So, I purchased a gold and diamond necklace from another store to replace it.
I received this necklace as a graduation gift 2 years ago...2 years later it's still my favorite necklace and will never take off and still looks brand new! I'm in love with it and recently purchased the Amelee studs to pair with them and they look absolutely gorgeous together! 10/10
I love the necklace, but when ordering online the picture compared to the actual size is quite different.
This necklace is so stunning! Definitely 5 stars on how the necklace looks. However, it is super delicate. The chain is very dainty, which is a style that I love. But because it is so dainty, you need to be careful. The girls in the store told me it was okay to sleep and shower in it. I have been told by many jewelers not to do this, but I decided to let it slide for one night. After sleeping in it, I got a kink in the chain and took it to a local jeweler to have it fixed. They told me to NEVER sleep or shower in it. I feel as though the employees in the store need to be more educated in the fine jewelry products because they should not be recommending doing things that can possibly damage their products. Other than that, it is such beautiful necklace!

Beautiful necklace, flimsy chain
I purchased this necklace because of the beautiful, sparkly, pave diamonds, but returned it because I just didn't feel the necklace was secure due to the chain. The chain, at least in the yellow gold, looks dingy, and is extremely thin and flimsy. For the price point, a chain this thin is unacceptable. Disappointed a bit, because this would be the perfect necklace otherwise. I love Kendra Scott jewelry, but I'm going to stick to the costume jewelry. I will say the return was easy and the customer service at my local store is excellent!
Sparkly, dainty, timeless!
This necklace is very pretty and sparkly. I love dainty jewelry with a little bit of glam. ;) The pave diamonds are beautiful in the cushion setting. The size is PERFECT! I originally purchased the bigger size, but it was too large for my taste. I purchase fine jewelry because it last forever and you never have to take it off! My only concern about this necklace is how thin the chain is. It seems fragile. However, the sales associates assured me that they haven't had any issues with the chain. I take comfort in that the customer services at Kendra Scott is EXCELLENT, and if anything were to happen with the chain, they would take care of it. I have confidence in that.

Pretty necklace but the clasp is cheap and I can see hooking it incorrectly and having the necklace slip off. There are 3 length choices as in 3 circles and if you don't attach the clasp carefully into one of the circles, the necklace will fall off.
My boyfriend bought this necklace for me last December for my birthday and I have worn it almost every day since. I have not cleaned it once and I wear it in the shower, to the gym, etc. It still looks exactly like it did when I received it. It's perfectly dainty and the chain shimmers in light. I cannot remember ever having an issue with the clasp or it falling off. If I take it off, I give it a slight tug after putting it back on to make sure it isn't going to fall off.
The Pave diamonds are simply beautiful! That is all I can say about this necklace. The size is too dainty for me. The chain twisted as I was wearing it. I should have ordered the larger size. Returning the necklace was so easy.

Lisa necklace in yellow gold is gorgeous. I wear it with the 14 kt yellow gold extender. I've been looking at this necklace for a while. Glad I made the decision to purchase. Worth it!
I was looking for a perfect, everyday piece and this was exactly what I wanted! It is the perfect size and length that can be worn alone or layered with other pieces. Would definitely recommend this necklace!
