Cheap chain, necklace not as nice as photo
You'll want to change out the chain part that comes with this immediately. It is flimsy and cheap so it'll break easy and you may lose it. Also the diamonds do not look near as good as the photos, it almost looks fake or cheap in person. Kendra really went cheap on this on everything except the price.
I ordered this necklace online. When it came in, I was greatly disappointed. It looked so beautiful, but it was just too small. The chain kinked to easily when I tried it on. It was too dainty for that kind of money. I returned and got my money back with no hassles. Easy process.

My first purchase! I bought this item as a birthday gift to myself. It is just as other reviews said, small in size for the price. It looks larger on the website. The "spring ring" clasp is tiny and difficult to manage, it took me forever to get it clasped. I do like that the chain length is adjustable.
Super pretty petite necklace. Diamonds sparkle like crazy. I just wish the chain and clasp were a little more substantial. I would be afraid to break it and lose the necklace.

Bought this to replace one my daughter lost. The only thing I didn't like about it is the size of the closing loops. I think my daughter lost hers because it wasn't hooked properly and slid off .
I bought this necklace because I love pava diamonds. I have trouble everyday trying to latch it. The hook and the loop are so small, I am shocked. I have bought several necklaces from Kendra Scott and the hooks and loops are very easy to latch. I personally think there should be a recall on these necklaces to fix the tiny tiny hook and latch.
I bought this pendant for my birthday using the 25% off fine jewelry discount. It's a piece I wear as an everyday necklace or dressed up for a special occasion. I selected the smaller pendant as it mirrored the classic Eloise. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase; the chain is adjustable in three lengths. I only wish it was a snake chain or fancier necklace for the price.

very disappointed in the thin chain
My husband ordered this for me online as an anniversary present knowing how much I love all my Kendra Scott jewelery. After receiving it we were very disappointed in the quality and extremely thin chain. We returned it at the store and explained our disappointment since this was to be fine jewelry. They were very happy to help us with our return. I food purchase some gold drusy items in rose hgtv old that I love. I would suggest having a higher quality and thicker chain for the pave diamond necklaces.
I bought two of the Lisa pendant necklaces for my daughters for Christmas. They are quite a bit smaller than I expected. The picture on the website is not a true representation of the necklace. With that being said it is very very pretty feminine and dainty. It's very pretty paired with another necklace because of the small size.
