Return your item in four easy steps:

Enter Your Name, Address and Contact Information in the fields provided.

Click on the "Email Return Label" button to generate your pre-paid return shipping label.

Print the label and affix to the outside of your package. Include a copy of your invoice or return form from Customer Service.

Drop the package off a your nearest UPS location. Please allow up to 15 business days from delivery for processing.

Lab Grown Diamond products that originally arrived with IGI certifications may not be returned without the original certification(s) provided. Any returns without original certification(s) are subject to a $20.00 re-print fee per certificate and refund is held until Kendra Scott receives the product and re-printed certificates.
