I haven't worn it yet because the clasp is too hard to open and it's a very difficult clasp to open and catch on the chain.

I purchased this necklace on line while visiting family in Frisco, Tx the week after Xmas. The description on line and above states ‚úgold initial charm necklace". A necklace with charm initial is what I thought I was ordering. I picked the item up in the Plano store/it was wrapped/I ask if I could see what I purchased and was taken to a display case. It showed on the charm initial/I questioned the necklace chain and was assured that it was in the wrapped box. I gave it to my wife on 1-10-22 for her b'day and only the initial charm was in the box. I've tried calling the 800# and the store in Plano with no success. I'm really disappointed. This is false advertising. Even my receipt shows and says ‚únecklace initial charm". I think I am due the gold chain

Love the initial coin and the sparkle of the chain -
I ordered this in memory of my grandfather. I got the initial of the first letter of what we called him, which was ‚úP" for Paps! I have gotten several compliments on it. It is dainty enough to wear every day at work with my scrubs. The letter ‚úP" is clear on the charm. I highly recommend this necklace. It's my new favorite!

This necklace is fine. Overall smaller than I thought. I bought it to try to replace the chain on a broken necklace. I just wanted to make everyone aware of this company's policy. They will only repair/replace an item due to damage 1 year after purchase. They do not take COVID shut-downs into consideration. I had a necklace I bought 2 years ago. I only wore it 3 times and the chain broke. I didn't wear it for over a year because I did not go anywhere to wear it secondary to COVID. They would not repair or replace it. I could not buy just the chain or another chain. My only option was to buy an entire new product. I was disappointed that the company did not stand behind the quality of their product nor adjust for COVID.
This initial charm necklace is really beautiful. I bought it for my niece and she loved it.
